SM Sunrise Weaving Association is one of the community project of Women’s Association of Sitio Sta. Margarita in Ibaan, Batangas. that uses traditional weaving.
Mission
To develop, strengthen, and fortify the organization through traditional weaving.
Vision
The woven product should keep pace with the changing times, where it can be adapted and elevate the quality of woven products, and be recognized as a renowned weaving center throughout Calabarzon by the year 2022.
Goals
Restore and perpetuate the weaving tradition of our ancestors in the town of Ibaan.
Empower the capabilities of women.
Weaving becomes the primary source of income for women.
